Anatomy and Physiology of Yoga – Understand the way in which the body is described and understood in yogic philosophy and teachings. Get the knowhow and skills of the body while practicing in Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes. asanas (static postures), vinyasas (dynamic exercises) and Pranayamas (breathing exercises) of Hatha Yoga. This is required for you to understand safe, stable physical alignments in Yoga poses and how to adapt the teaching for various indications.

Hatha Yoga Asana – Understand and practice Asanas, an important part of Yoga, as it helps to keep the physical body healthy. The Science of Yogic Breathing – Yogic breathing is a fundamental practice in the study of Yoga. It is one of the limbs of Patanjali’s eight-limbed path, is also known as pranayama -“control of life force,” and is aimed at increasing vital energy in the body and mind. In the Teacher Training you will understand how Yogic breathing can lead to immense concentration and mindfulness, while receiving physical and emotional benefits.

The Energetic Body – Learn how to keep your energetic, mental and emotional body clear of blockages, which is vital to good health. We will teach you how to remove toxic influences from your surroundings and your energy, for you to feel lighter and happier.  Gain knowledge on the subtle life force energy – ‘prana’, the different types of energies, the nadi energy channels and chakra energy centers.

Ayurveda – Ayurveda is a 5000 years old science which is more than a mere system of treating illness, it is a science of life (Ayur = life, Veda = science or knowledge). Learn the wisdom designed to help people stay vital while realizing their full human potential. You will get guidelines on ideal daily and seasonal routines, diet, behavior and the proper use of senses.

Meditation – Understand and practice the technique of mindfulness – focusing the mind and training it towards undivided attention and awareness, to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state.

Kriya Yoga – Understand in great detail the comprehensive spiritual path, which includes additional meditation practices and right living to be in the state of unlimited consciousness.

Yoga Nidra – It’s a practice that takes the practitioner to a relaxed body, fluid mind, and charged intuition. You will learn all the five-stages of Yogic Nidra and take your conscience to different parts of the body and attain deep relaxation.

Mantra and its practice – Together we will discover the neuroscience behind why mantras make potent additions to your yogic practices, and identify with the ones which work best for you.

Restorative Yoga – Experience a very different type of Yoga where you slow down and open your body through passive stretching. You will understand the sequences of Yoga poses that allow you to completely relax and rest.
