Ask about the focus of the training and see whether it´s about practice enhancement or teaching methodology. Look at the syllabus to have a basic idea of the training´s structure. If the lead teachers don’t take the time to answer your questions—or, if they don’t have a syllabus at their disposal—find one that does!

If you can, take some classes of the lead faculty. This will immensely help you to understand your persona resonation with and make sure you resonate with theirs’ and the approach to the subject.
