The 200 Hour Yoga teacher training India Rishikesh is a comprehensive and intensive program which will impart the finer details of Yoga. Accommodation

At Vedic Yoga Academy, you will be welcomed with a hygienic, comfortable and inviting stay. The rooms are in a quiet place with windows opening to serene landscapes. Rooms are spacious with all modern facilities, Wifi, western bathrooms and comfortable beds. You can enjoy the fruit gardens and sit under the trees for meditation.

Training Content

Philosophy of Yoga
Understand the meaning of Yoga, the concepts & history on the basis of ancient sacred scriptures- the Yoga sutras.

Yoga Asanas:
Study asanas with proper alignment, variations, and modifications and learn how to protect from the risk of injuries with hands-on adjustments.

Yoga Anatomy:
Learn how various yogic practices enhance the immune system and affect the whole body. We teach with an emphasis on the respiratory and the nervous system, in order to give you deep and general understanding of anatomy and physiology and make the energy flow harmoniously within self.

Shatkarma:
Understand the ancient wisdom of yogic detoxification techniques and their effects on our physical and spiritual self.

Pranayama:
Develop a holistic awakening your consciousness and learn the effects of various breathing techniques on the body, the mind and the emotions.

Yoga Nidra:
Gain knowledge on ‘the sleep of the Yogis’ – a conscious relaxation technique used to calm down the mind to gain full awareness. Our teachers will teach you these immensely powerful techniques to prepare you for deep relaxation and meditation practice.

Meditation:
Understand the meditation process and its application to discover your own practice to the art. You will learn how to sit correctly, breathe in the right manner and how to withdraw your senses from the outside world and find the true peace on your inside.

200 hrs Yoga TTC Certification

After successful completion of the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, you will receive a Yoga Alliance Certificate. This certificate qualifies you to teach Yoga internationally.

The fee includes the tuition, certificate, course materials, accommodation and food three times a day for the whole training.

The advance payment is done via PayPal or Bank Transfer.

20% of the total amount is required to be transferred as a registration fee.
