Frequently Asked Questions:

Do I need previous experience for the Meditation course?

No prior experience is required. While previous practice can be helpful, we tailor our course to suit all levels, ensuring a supportive learning environment.

Will I have time for other activities outside the course?

Yes. While the schedule is full and intense, you’ll still have free time, usually one day a week off. You can explore nature, visit temples, enjoy local markets, or simply rest and reflect in peaceful surroundings.

What style of Mediation do you teach?

Our teaching is rooted in traditional Vedic principles, blending silent meditation with self inquiry. We respect ancient wisdom while adapting it to be accessible and relevant for modern practitioners.

Do you offer airport pickup to the Meditation School in Nepal?

We recommend flying to Pokhara Airport. You can take a bus or request a taxi through us. Contact us, and we’ll help arrange the best travel options for you.

How do ancient meditation practices differ from modern ones?

Ancient practices were rooted in direct spiritual experience and inner transformation, often passed through oral transmission. Modern styles may focus more on stress relief or technique. Our training bridges both, offering timeless depth in a way that’s relevant and grounded today.

Is it possible to guide others in meditation if I still feel like a seeker myself?

Absolutely. The best teachers remain students forever. Your sincerity, humility, and experience of the path make you uniquely capable of holding space for others with authenticity and care.

What will I need to bring for the Meditation course?

Comfortable clothes, notebook and pen, outdoor shoes, warm clothes in winter, reusable water bottle, a shawl to cover your shoulders, one set of white clothes for the ceremony, and an open mind 🙂

We welcome you to bring something to donate – used clothes, old winter jackets, old electronics… we will happily give it to someone in need.
