The Experience:
Wake up to the sound of the nature where cool breeze from the higher mountains is transcending from your window, coupled with the chirping of birds. The Food:
Our Yoga retreat center in Nepal has a garden where vegetables are grown organically, as per the vedic techniques mentioned in Ayurveda. In Yoga wisdom, it is said that you become what you eat. The vegetables and herbs from the garden are ingredients in your diet, keeping your meals nutritious and sattvic in nature, which, in return, help your mind to be at peace.
The Water:
The water comes from a natural spring high up in the mountains. It is clean, clear & fresh and high in minerals, ideal for drinking and cooking purposes. This accentuates the wholesome and holistic experience that you will get while learning Yoga in Nepal.

There are a lot of natural attractions around this lake town of Nepal. You can opt to take a leisurely walk around the lake Phewa or take a boat ride to be in the middle of the lake to experience peace and calmness.
World Peace Pagoda: The impressive gleaming-white World Peace Pagoda is one of the world’s greatest stupas. Situated only minutes of walking away you can visit any time or just look over your shoulders and enjoy the view of it. It fills the whole area with peace and harmony and. Enjoy the picturesque beauty which this place has to offer and meditate in the temple.
Paragliding: Pokhara is one of the ideal paragliding locations in the world, with all the right settings: stable thermals, convenient take-off and landing zones, the safety of a large lake and incredible mountain views. See yourself in the sky and witness the bird’s eye view of the mighty and harmonious Himalayas.
Trekking:Pokhara is ideally situated in upper Himalayas and offers a good place to start hiking. If you are not into serious trekking, then the place has some smaller hikes too. For example, you can take a small hike and reach Davis Falls and enjoy the serenity there or visit the local temples to soak in the age old tradition while witnessing the aarti.

Ganga Aarti: Every evening on the banks of river Ganges, fire offerings are done along with the chanting of mantras and hymns. It is a powerful and spiritually uplifting experience worth witnessing, which fill you with peace and positivity.
Kunjapuri Temple Visit: Situated on top of a mountain, Kunjapuri temple provides beautiful panoramic view of snow capped Himalayan range. Take a hike to the temple and witness the breathtaking sunrise from its premise.
Beatles Ashram: The Beatles Ashram is named after the band Beatles, who visited the ashram of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in the 1960s to learn meditation. They also wrote around 40 songs there. The ashram is located within Rajaji National Park, and it recently re-opened for tourists after three decades. Visit the ashram and witness wonderful graffiti, which is done by artists from around the world.
