Rahul ji is a committed teacher who is always been a seeker. He is passionate all things about life and meditation. His childhood days were spent in a humble village near the capital of India. A series of experiences inspired him to leave his old life and go on the quest of exploring the sacred world.
He started life learning at the Ashram, strengthening his spiritual practices. Therefore he completed his Yogic education in a Gurukulam (traditional spiritual school). Since then he has shared the understanding of life and meditation. Numerous students in Yoga schools, and international Yoga festivals received teachings. Rahul ji has gained knowledge and experience of many Yoga paths including Hatha Yoga, Dhyana Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Kriya Yoga. His practice integrates body, mind, and spirit into a holistic practice that helps his students explore the depths of their inner selves. So they learn how to live life.
Yogacharya Sandeep ji was born in a traditional Brahamna family and was sent to the Gurukul at the age of eight. At the Gurukul, he understood the life lessons of the vedas and mastered all the 16 Samskaras along with Yogasana, Pranayama and Shat Kriyas. His quest for knowing the inner self through Yoga led him to Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama. There he learnt under the direct guidance of H.H. Swami Veda Bharati. He studied and practiced the deep and subtle aspects of Raja Yoga.
Since then, he is teaching Meditation, Pranayama, and Shat Karma to students from all across the world at Swami Rama Sadhka Grama. Sandeep ji is a renowned teacher in the circuit of International Yoga festivals. He holds a Master’s Degree in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University and is one of the guest Yoga teachers at the Banaras Hindu University.
Deepak ji is from the next generation of Yoga teachers who has embraced the fast changing world and plays a role in shaping Yoga’s future. He got introduced to Yoga at the age of 10 and post that he never stopped exploring. After finishing his Bachelor of Science in Yoga therapy at S-vyasa University in Bangalore, Deepak ji started teaching Hatha Yoga. He inspired his students to live mindfully, helping them to be aware of their habits of body and mind. He has successfully led many workshops and taught Yoga internationally.
From an early age, Sri Vivek’s passion for Yoga was evident to his father, who encouraged him to pursue the path of enlightenment. Vivek ji’s thirst for knowledge led him to live for 10 years in an ashram, and then to higher Himalayas to study Yoga and philosophy. Inspired by his burning desire to learn, the sages welcomed him, and taught him mystic ways unknown to many. Today, Vivek ji is pursuing his PhD in Yoga, with a goal to keep on exploring and to dedicate his life to the betterment of humanity.
Dr. Satinder is BAMS (Bachelor of Ayuervedic medicine and surgery) who studied at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science, Bangalore, and at Sushruta Ayuvedic medical college. He always welcomes seeking students to gain from his learnings and experience the benefits of Ayurvedic medicines.
